About Our Service

Based in Swindon, Airports Connect provides an airport and long distance transfer service for business and private travellers. We can offer a choice of saloon cars, estate cars, MPVs and mini-buses, and can also provide executive cars if required. We operate to all major UK airports, railway stations and ports, and we will pick up or take you to any address in Swindon and the surrounding area - for instance Chippenham, Malmesbury or Cirencester. 

Our aim is to provide you with a reliable service at an affordable price, and help make your journey stress-free and enjoyable. We want to provide - and exceed - the level of customer service you would normally expect and hope that you'd choose to use us again in the future. 

Our drivers get job satisfaction from being able to help you the customer, as well as being part of a long established, family-owned firm. In fact some of our drivers have been working for us since we started in 1996. The majority of our customers have also been using us for many years as well, and we appreciate their loyalty.

Making a booking

All our transfers are pre-booked. This means we like to know at least 24 hours in advance about your travel plans. However we can assist with urgent bookings at short notice if required. To help us supply the right vehicle, do tell us:

• how many people are travelling?

• what luggage you have?

• where you want to travel to? 

• the time and place you want picking up? 

To make a booking, either phone the office team on 01793-431111, email us your journey details or fill out the booking form on this website. We will then reserve a car and driver, and give you your unique booking reference number. The designated driver is given your travel itinerary and they will look forward to picking you up as arranged.

Picking up

If you're flying from a UK airport we will collect you from your home, office or any other location specified and take you to airport 'Departures'. If you're coming into the UK you will be met in 'Arrivals' by a smartly dressed driver holding an Airports Connect display board showing your name and destination. The driver will then escort you to the car and take you directly to your destination.

Please be aware that if we pick you up to take you to the airport, we will firstly knock on your door (if it's a home address) or if it's a business address go to reception and ask for you. If there is no response we will then phone you using the contact number you gave us when making the booking.

Payment

Payment is made to the driver with cash (GBP only) or by credit card - we accept most major credit cards - and a VAT receipt will be supplied at the same time. Account facilities are also available subject to status.
